l'Appartement des Artistes no.1

PEZENAS, FRANCE

After a day of exploring the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France, it’s nice to know that there is a beautiful, comfortable apartment that awaits you.

“No. 1” is our first L’Appartement des Artistes residence — a beautiful vacation apartment designed for those who wish to truly experience life in Pézenas. Perfect for extended stays from one to six months, it combines the charm of a classic French home with the comfort and convenience of modern living.
Set within a nearly 300-year-old Maison Bourgeoise, “No. 1” exudes character and authenticity — the moment you step through the door, you’ll know you’re in France. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. A nearby cellier offers a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, and you’ll also find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your longer-term comfort.
The apartment includes two inviting bedrooms: the Master bedroom, with soaring 14-foot ceilings and a double bed, and a guest bedroom with two single beds and original exposed beams dating back centuries. Each room is thoughtfully prepared and freshly made up for your arrival.
To welcome you, a chilled bottle of rosé awaits — the perfect start to your stay. Simply unpack, relax, and begin living your French dream in the heart of Pézenas.
