Our goal has always been simple: to provide a beautiful apartment in an exceptional location, at a fair price, and to help you enjoy a truly worry-free stay in Pézenas.
Many dream of spending time in the South of France—waking up to the sound of church bells, opening tall French windows to the rooftops and morning light, and stepping out onto cobbled streets lined with centuries of history. Here, those dreams come to life. Located in the heart of the Old Town, “L’Appartement des Artistes” is surrounded by vibrant cafés, charming bistros, artisan shops, and boulangeries filled with the scent of freshly baked bread. A few minutes’ walk leads you to bustling open-air markets where locals sell fresh produce, flowers, cheeses, and wines from nearby vineyards. Stroll home through winding medieval lanes, a baguette under your arm, ready to savor “la belle vie” in your own private haven. The apartment itself combines the romance of old-world architecture with the convenience of modern living. High ceilings, stone details, and large French windows fill the rooms with natural sunlight throughout the day. The Salon/Cuisine area is the heart of the home—an inviting open space where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, prepare a simple lunch from market ingredients, or share a bottle of local rosé in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, and both a Nespresso and a traditional drip coffee maker. You’ll even find a washing machine—perfect for longer stays. “L’Appartement des Artistes” features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The Master bedroom offers a king-sized bed framed by a custom headboard crafted from reclaimed wooden shutters from the Pyrénées, giving the room both warmth and character. There’s ample closet space for extended stays, and the bed can be arranged as two singles upon request. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, generous storage, and soft lighting—ideal for guests or family members. A folding travel crib is also available for our youngest travelers. Each room is freshly prepared before your arrival with crisp linens and thoughtful touches. From the moment you arrive, everything has been considered. A complimentary bottle of chilled local wine awaits to toast your first evening in Pézenas.
